Hawaii Counties

Hawaii has five counties, each served by a specific judicial circuit within the Hawaii State Judiciary. Traffic cases are handled by District Courts in the First Circuit (Oahu), Second Circuit (Maui, Molokai, Lanai), Third Circuit (Hawaii Island), and Fifth Circuit (Kauai).
